Our jewelry pieces are crafted from sterling silver and/or high-quality gold plating. To maintain the longevity and shine of your pieces, they must be handled with care and kept away from water, perfumes, chemical substances, and prolonged exposure to moisture. We are not responsible for any natural oxidation of silver or fading of plating caused by improper care, usage, or storage.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Lyra Muse reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. In the event of a pricing error or mistake, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. Custom-made items, specific sizes, or personalized engravings cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has commenced.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.
